A study conducted by Gallup in 2021 found that 76% of employees experienced burnout on the job at least sometimes, and 28% said they were burned out "very often" or "always" at work. How is this achieved? By purposefully re-engaging with your inner thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and values. in a MHK's 360 Mindful Leadership Coaching Session is an enlightening journey. It allows you to reconnect intentionally with your core thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and values.

This process offers a multi-dimensional view of your leadership style, bringing insights from peers, subordinates, and supervisors alike. It’s not just about introspection; it's about gaining a comprehensive, holistic understanding of your impact and areas for growth.

The Process

Step 1: Assessment & Discovery

The Mindful Leadership Coaching Session commences with an introductory conversation to  review your current aspirations and objectives. This can be done on site or virtually, whichever you prefer. 

You'll then be provided with a link to the Mindful Leadership Values Assessment where you'll select ten values that best reflect your leadership style and highlight your perceived strengths and areas for enhancement.

Following this initial step, you'll have the opportunity to nominate up to 20 trusted assessors. They will access the same assessment and select ten values that reflect how they perceive your leadership style, identify areas for your development and improvement, and provide personalized feedback through comments.

Step 2: Our Coaching Session

Once all invited assessors have participated, you'll be invited to a two-hour, confidential one-on-one review. The primary objective of this session is to provide a secure and open environment to delve into the feedback gathered from your assessors.

Each session is thoughtfully crafted to foster your mindful awareness of the aspects of your leadership that you wish to acknowledge and nurture. Towards the conclusion of the session, you'll have the opportunity to identify up to three goals you'd like to pursue and outline the initial steps you plan to take over a three-month period for their realization.

Rest assured, the session remains entirely confidential, even if your employer covers the cost.
