MHK Coaching & Consulting Service Agreement
With enthusiastic support, in anticipation of the Client's upcoming book launch, MHK Coaching & Consulting commits to providing the following consulting and technical support services to Client over the period of 3 months, commencing no later than the 4th of May through the 4th of August, 2022.

Update Currency Camp and Shepard Financial home pages with the marketing assets to promote the new book, linking to the appropriate sites where the book can be published.

Update "Find Your Financial Nature surveys" with new graphic assets*, language and single Financial Nature sheets/white papers*

Update the online version of Financial Evolution Bootcamp with new graphics and content descriptions to match and align with the book, compile the course as a SCORM package and re-upload to the Currency Camp platform*

Produce up to 10 social media posts and advertisements to promote the purchase of the book on FB, Instagram, and LI, with a budget of up to $200 following the initial launch of the book for up to 1 month; track and report on ad spend and make adjustments as needed to reduce pay-per-click rates.
* Client agrees to provide MHK Coaching & Consulting with the new graphics and marketing assets needed to support these line items no later than May 20th. Failure to provide these by this date may result in redefining the end-date for the services performed and a delay fee of up to $500 for every two weeks this commitment is postponed.
* Platform fees and software tools associated with the production of these materials will be expensed and presented to the Client separately.
