About Margaret H. Kelsey, Ed.M.
Founder, MHK Leadership
With 30 years of experience at the intersection of personal growth, systemic change, mindful leadership, and information technology, Margaret helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity with clarity and wisdom. As an instructional strategist, she leverages technology to advance human potential.
Her work is informed by a rich lineage of inquiry, spanning human and adult development theory, vertical leadership, change management, systems transformation, embodied presence, radical compassion, psychological safety, and human-centered AI adoption. Margaret holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts and Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University, focusing on the systems and socioeconomic conditions that constructively shape Humanistic AI.
